Sun Bum is sponsoring — free sunscreen for everyone. 🧴 🏄 Boards — RSVP if you're swapping a board (that's how we know how much space to plan for). Bring towels to lay your board on (no Wavestorms please). Price your own and sell or trade direct to buyer, cash or Venmo. Sales are peer-to-peer. 📚 Books — just show up. Cosmic Rest is a restorative ŚRY (Spinal Release Yoga) practice created to soften the body, release tension, and invite deep rest. Begin with Puja, Mantra & Pranayama to ground and prepare. Explore Spinal Release Yoga using props and precise angles to gently decompress the spine. Move into Yoga Nidra for deep relaxation, integration, and inner awareness. Close with chai tea and community connection. All levels are welcome. Come unwind, restore, and reconnect.
